Founder Jennifer Yi established Jennifer's Grains in 2011 due to a need in the market for great tasting, quality eating, precooked ancient grains.

Her focus was creating a product line with an emphasis on health and taste with a commitment to quality and consistency.

Jennifer has taken her heritage and incorporated her love of making great food and innovated a better way of cooking and freezing the earths natural wonder, grains.
